30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless the return is related to a confirmed defect or fulfillment issue.

How to Start a Return

Email service@mivoira.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos when relevant. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, washed, damaged by a pet, missing original packaging, marked final sale, or otherwise unsafe to restock may be declined. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
